Stopped a ski resort in critical Canada lynx habitat

We won a preliminary injunction to stop a private developer from building a destination ski resort at Wolf Creek Pass, Colorado.

We won a preliminary injunction to stop a private developer from building a destination ski resort at Wolf Creek Pass, Colorado.  The proposed Village at Wolf Creek would accommodate up to 10,000 people, impacting one of the four remaining critical Canada lynx habitats.  The Forest Service has granted the developer a year-round access permit to reach their private in-holding and proceed with development plans.  The project is halted while the case proceeds.
