In a case with nationwide impacts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld our victory rejecting the government’s attempts to eliminate public comment and input on most Forest Service management decisions. We are now challenging the government’s strategy to further shut out the public by excluding from NEPA the revision of National Forest Plans, which serve as the blueprint for management of these public lands.
