Sierra Club, Grand Canyon Chapter
The Sierra Club, Grand Canyon Chapter works to promote energy efficiency and the production and use of clean renewable energy; protect Arizona’s water resources and our disappearing riparian areas; protect the old growth ponderosa pine ecosystem and restore forest health; restore and protect the Grand Canyon and the Greater Grand Canyon ecoregion; protect Arizona's public lands including parks, monuments, and wildlife refuges; promote the use and availability of alternatives to cars and trucks and limit the impact of roads on resources including wildlife; and defend environmental progress.
